Job Overview
QuadAlpha Technology is looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our IT projects team. The candidate will work on real-time client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to understand business needs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java / Python / PHP / JavaScript)
- Basic understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Familiarity with web technologies and APIs
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with frameworks or libraries
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git)
- Exposure to Agile development practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
